    We are seeking to fill the position of:

    Implementation Project Manager - F/H

    Overview

     

    We are looking for an Implementation Project Manager responsible for driving and managing the full process of Implementation, ensuring Customer Success through :

     

    • Coordination and responsability of the Waters Implementation process.
    • Executing laboratory previsits to control if installation prerequisites are fullfilled
    • Collecting and monitoring warranty and quality issues
    • Managing customer complaints through CIT process.Handle and develop all administrative/logistics tasks related to Waters Educational Services (WES

    This is a permanent office-based position, located in Waters France office at Guyancourt (Yvelines - France).

    Responsabilités

     

    Implementation

    • Responsible for the implementation of processes as per global standards and SOP defined in the Operational Excellence program.
    • Ownership of the System Solutions Implementations process in the country as per global standard and SOP defined in the Operational Excellence Program. 
    • Responsible of timely cross functional project management with respect to all Systems Solutions Implementations in the country (main focus on LC/MS and Acquity systems).
    • Responsible for technical reviews of the order with the qualified Specialists according to the planning document.
    • Opening of non conformity action notifying the relevant manager in the case of incorrect informations.
    • Assure CIT compliance versus Operational Excellence as metrics for measuring success.
    • Ensure that Solution Implementation Binders are sent to customer site prior to installation.
    • Working with local Area Service Managers to organise preinstallation on-site visits (where needed) maximising quality before installation, in order to reduce problems and issues.
    • Plan installation with Area Service Managers to ensure relevant resources are available.
    • Utilize and coordinate resources within WGS and Application Support to ensure that instruments are installed and applications match customer needs (in line with initial purchase requirements agreed during sales process as per informations written on the 'sales document hand over '.
    • Liaise with Southern Europe internal and external customers when appropriate in a timely manner.

     

    Inventory management 

    • To manage the customer complaint handling with local Field Service Managers through CIT system.

    Quality/Warranty

    • Aanalyze instrument quality issues and provide feedback to Technical Product Management, Milford and/or GSS.
    • Proactively improve implementation process within the global Operation Excellence framework.
    • Continuously review the level of customer satisfaction and taking appropriate steps to resolve issues raised.

    Languages: French fluent spoken/written English.
