    Waters China is keen to look for a motivated individual to manage our Customer Order process for the North China region. The appointee will work closely with Sales, Service team, overseas plant, and freight forwarder partners etc. to deliver professional services on contracts and orders management.

    Responsabilités

    • Handle SAP Order Process (customer creation, order entry, delivery and billing process)
    • Communicate with customers on L/C or A/P payments and delivery time requirements
    • Follow up actively with supplier on order status tracking and any outstanding sales orders
    • Provide consultancy on shipping advice to customers
    • Ensure all related documents are filed properly; handle administration tasks as required
    • Maintain Logistics related activities in SAP system

    Qualifications

    • University Degree in International Trade or Logistics, or a related field of study
    • Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in Logistics or Order Process Management
    • Sounds knowledge in Logistics process and contract management
    • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English and polished negotiation skills
    • Attention to details and quality control skills
    • Must be customer oriented and focused
    • Ability to work well in a team environment

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Desktop programs (MS Office) and related IT software. Working knowledge in SAP is a plus
