    The Presales team is primarily responsible for Waters business development of South China region. As an integral part of this team, the role of presales specialist needs to work close with sales to give pre-sales technical support and follow up key opportunities, plan and implement marketing events and key projects and strategies in local, build and maintain good relationship with customers etc. Waters is actively seeking a motivated individual as our presales specialist, who would work closely with the sales to drive the market using the applications and technology, and help to increase the business growth.


    • Design, plan and implement business development programs, with follow up monitoring and evaluation to drive the business growth of South China
    • Efficient management of customer base through planned coverage and follow up of key accounts, user and prospects
    • Provide pre-sales technical support to customers with keen understanding of the customers
    • Work closely with sales teams to achieve and exceed sales goals
    • Give training to sales team about LC & LC/MS technology
    • Provide sales tools based on sales & market needs to promote the products and solutions
    • Collaborate with marketing team to ensure alignment and integration of market strategies and priorities, etc.



    • Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry or related field
    • MUST HAVE at least 2 years Food safety or related field analytical experiences of LC and LC/MS, Waters LC/MS preferred.
    • Strong customer-orientation with ability in developing and fostering long term effective relationships with key accounts and end users
    • Ability to manage and leverage on external and internal resources to resolve issues and meet customer needs
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skill
    • Adaptable to dynamic and changing environment
    • Mature disposition, positive attitude and strong sense of commitment
    • A team player and self-starter with strong organization skills
