    Clinical Service Manager will in charge of the servcie part of clinical business.

    This position will lead a team to achive customer sucess. The right person will directly report to Clinical Business Director, China.

    Responsabilités

    • Responsible for management of clinical service team. Must possess strong leadership abilities enabling him/her to effectively “drive” actives in accordance with established business objectives. Acts as clinical service team leader, managing all aspects of multiple clinical support actives.

      ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
       1.Oversee all operational aspects of multiple clinical support actives, including installation, repairing, maintenance, standardized experiment , customer familiarize training ,to support corporate and departmental business objectives.
      全面负责公司临床用户的仪器售后支持,包括安装,维修,保养,标准实验,基本培训等相关工作。以支持公司及部门的财务目标。
      2.Ensure clinical service team are conducted in accordance with company standard operating procedures (SOPs), Good Supply Practice (GSP), and specific country regulations, as applicable.
      确保临床服务团队遵循公司标准操作规程、药品经营管理规范,以及其他适当的国家法规。
      3. Write clinical service procedure for service team  。
      为临床售后团队起草售后服务流程
      4. Provide solution on clinical customers survey,engaging on Corrective Action and Preventive Action( CAPA) study
      为临床用户的调查提供解决方案,并进行改正与预防措施的研究
      5. Responsible for planning  demand forecast, business reviews as well as providing inputs in terms of service demand forecast, resources requirement to management in the clinical product support service organization. Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and expectations;
      负责计划团队的人员需求,提供合理的安排以便满足临床用户的需求。
      6. Responsible for preparing and monitoring revenue forecast on clinical after sale market, preparing periodic reports for senior management review
      负责对临床售后服务市场进行年度财务预测,并监控,为公司管理层准备周期性报告
      7.Good collaboration with distributor, setup management and training mechanism
      与经销商保持良好的合作,建立管理与培训机制。
      8. Conduct data analysis and preparation of clinical service reports for customers 
      实施数据分析,为用户准备临床服务报告,
      9. Develop training materials for clinical engineer .
      为团队员工提供培训
      10. Oversees and participates in in-country and international clinical program activities including but not limited to SFDA strategy meetings.
      负责与参与国内或国外的临床项目,包括但不限于国家药监局的战略会议。
      11. Maintain an effective channel with global Clinical team. 
      与公司总部临床团队建立良好渠道,保证信息的顺利沟通。
      12.Good team work with logistic ,sale ,market ,application team to make sure the clinical engineers deliver service  on demand .
      保持与物流,销售,市场,应用等部门持良好的沟通,确保临床服务工程师提供满足用户需求的服务。
      13. Directly responsible to country service manager
      将汇报于国家维修经理
      14. Recruits staff members, conducts performance appraisals, and fulfills other managerial responsibilities as necessary.
      负责招聘员工,绩效考核,完成其他管理的相关职责
      15. Perform other clinical duties when requested.
      需要时,履行其他临床售后服务的职责

    Qualifications

    • 1. Bachelor Degree or above with a minimum   of 5 years experience managing (indirectly or directly)  professional staff  or projects in analytical equipment after sales area.
      本科及以上学历,分析仪器售后领域至少5年及以上管理或项目管理经验
      2. Experience with Good supply  Practice (GSP) is preferred. Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Procedures (GMP) will be an advantage.
      有GSP经验首选,有GLP或GMP知识亦可优先考虑。
       3. Effective communication on superior, peer, and subordinate levels
      可以有效地与下属,同僚,领导沟通。
      4. Demonstrated leadership to develop, motivate and guide subordinates to meet objectives
      具有领导能力,可以激励并引导团队达成目标。
      Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
      5. Effective written and verbal communication skills in English in the area of clinical instruments.
      可以英语有效地沟通在临床仪器领域
      6. Effective analytical and problem solving.
      有分析解决问题的能力。
      7. Ability to coordinate and lead multiple function or department .
      有多职能,多部门合作的能力
      8. Effective skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word application.
      可以熟练地使用Excel ,Power point, word 等办公软件
