    Sales Specialist is a localized team focusing on Sales supporting and marketing activities implementation. You will be required to team work with cross-functional departments such as Sales, Marketing, Service, CG, ect. to boost Waters business in local territories. Your knowledge in technology and working experience in clinical testing, analytical chemistry are strongly expected to make Waters Customer Success. This position would cover the China region.


    • Develop the solution based on the products, to meet the need in China’s Market; Handle the Demonstration experiments and demonstrate the total solution for prospective clients;
    • Support installed site to help customers be successful; Maintain installed base customer satisfaction;
    • Build technical competency on Waters solutions and to be recognized by customers as a credible resource;
    • Visit customers to highlight Waters solutions and help customers with their technical challenges and to meet their objectives;
    • Develop new prospects and penetrate competitive accounts;

    Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure business growth;



    • Master or above degree in clinical, toxicology, Chemistry, pharmaceutical, metabolomics, health science or a related field;

      • Ability to drive one project independently;
      • Have experience about LC/MS system;
      • Ability to focus on detail while prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously;
      • Good web, Word, PPT and Excel capabilities;
      • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills; polish written skills in English
      • Passionate in learning high-tech science;
      • Action orientation and self-driven for results;
      • A team player and self-starter with strong organization skills;
      Adaptable to dynamic and changing environment, frequent travelling acceptable as well;
