    Biopharmaceutical pre-sales specialist is a localized team focusing on business development, sales support and marketing activities implementation. You will be required to team work with cross-functional departments such as Marketing, Sales, Service, CG, ect. to boost Waters biopharmaceutical business in east and south regions. Your knowledge in biopharmaceutical characterization & QC workflow and working experience in analytical chemistry lab are strongly expected to make Waters Customer Success. Working location is in Shanghai.


    • Develop the biopharmaceutical business in east and south regions, including key accounts maintenance and expansion, new account development, organizing local seminars/workshops, support marketing events and execute marketing campaigns.
    • Make sure the follow ups of sales leads and work on sales leads transformation.
    • Provide support to sales team, such as customer co-visiting, documents generation, solution presentation, etc.
    • Demo solution, workflow & software to target accounts. 
    • Team work with Marketing, Sales, Service and CG teams to collect, analyze, and forecast the reginal business data.



    • Above Bachalor Degree in life science, biopharmaceutical, analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry or related Sciences.
    • Experience with biopharmaceutical industry preferred; Experiences with HPLC or MS preferred; Experience with sales/marketing preferred.
    • Strong customer-orientation with ability in developing and fostering long team effective relationships with key accounts & end users
    • Mature disposition, positive attitude and strong sense of commitment
    • Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
    • Proficient in English and Mandarin
    • Adaptable to dynamic and changing environment, frequent travelling acceptable as well
